Coming from the traditional Mediterranean regions, the Dumet olives are carefully selected and hand-picked and packaged in a unique package that is not only practical but ecological. - Hojiblanca: Firm and crunchy variety of olives with high oil content. Perfectly suitable for processing
- Chalkidiki: Elongated and pointed shape. Of firm consistency, it is most often picked very large. It is particularly suitable to be stuffed with whole almonds, garlic, jalapeño pepper or pepper. It is distinguished by its slightly reddish coloration around the nucleus.
- To the Greek: Dried like a dry grape. Freshly harvested olives are, according to the traditional method of preparation, placed in salt, layer by layer, for fermentation. The result consists of unique olives, with a very intense aroma.
